Q.  I have an ActiveRAID system I'm trying to connect to from outside my network.  However, I don't know which ports in the firewall to open.  Which ports should I have open to my ActiveRAID unit(s).

A.  The port numbers you need to have open for ActiveRAID are 7777 and 7778.
